i've never heard of them myself, but if you pay with your cc or paypal via cc, then your covered anyways. so i'd say go for it.

Im probably not going to find a much more significant discount than 10% plus free shipping right?

20% would be most unlikely for this piece, but you never know. you could play the waiting game with this one, but you could find yourself w/o one at all. especially with all the great reviews and positive feedback this ones getting.

i haven't noticed what these have been selling for on the bay??

Just called them and they are pre-sold out?
They just havent changed their status on their site.

I thought since folks have these in hand it would be an in-stock item?

just go on ebay and offer to purchase one of them as long as they free ship it to ya, many may say no but it doesn't hurt to ask.
