Thinking about the first season as a whole, I don't think I will have much interest in S2. It started out good, but the flame flickered out for me by the end. Where can they really go that's compelling? These demons really aren't very interesting by the time we end with the finale. The preacher lost his marbles and just looks like an idiot now.

I really enjoyed it. The last episode was great.

There's demons everywhere now and having his daughter have the gift too was a cool twist.

There's enough source material there to make a solid second season.

I think it'd be more interesting if there was more than just touching a demon to release them. It's just too easy, and seeing nothing more than black blobs come out each time seems repetitive.

I'm not even sure these things are demons.

I liked the show mostly because the cast was very good and the overall mood was interesting. The details of the plot and muddy mystery were off-putting. I started to feel like the creator(s) don't have much faith in the mythology.

But I'll tune in next season to see if we get some clarity.
