can you guys believe this ****....after my WL for the Ex Green gets cancelled, I get this email tonight:
We have found the Marvel The Incredible Hulk Marvel Premium Format(TM) Figure for you! Your waitlist reservation #WC642837 for this item is due to become a live order on 2014/11/24 and should ship out to you shortly after that. However, if your item is in PreOrder status, as soon as we have more information on a processing/shipping date, we will be in touch with email with more information for you. This notice is typically sent out 14-21 days before the item is charged and shipped.
Btw-after logging into my account, I noticed my WL reservation never was cancelled to begin with, so why did they email me telling me it was cancelled?

Most likely to promote regular edition purchasing. It seems as though they are trying to change their business and how waitlists work.
This could be good news for some collectors. Sideshow could be taking this as a sign that higher ES items might not sell as quickly as hoped.

Me too. Except it says my hulk is waitlisted. But only when I go into the modify payment window.... Weird.

Check out the Apoc thread....I got the cancel WL email twice....60 days apart....and it converted today. I kept it just to test them out and see what happened. I really think it's a ploy to get you to order the regular since they add that disclaimer to "don't miss out completely, get the regular now!" I won't be getting my conversion because I have a great regular and scored the EX part elsewhere.

Yeah. On my main order page it shows it ordered and NRD paid. So I'm not to worried. I'll give them a call Monday.
this is the first I've ever seen or heard of this happening.....I don't order much SS these days.

I jumped on the WL for the Green EX yesterday. With all of these "cancelled WL" and then "converted WL" tactics, I figured what the hell, add my name. Maybe it will convert too. Maybe I will get a discount coupon for the regular like people did with Captain PF.

I think your right, it's a ploy. I don't think using ploys to manipulate your customers is a good practice. I can see why more people may be flocking to xm.

Its a prerelease review piece that he was sent early so that he can review it and hype up the people.
