What's up with the 2 white spots on the exclusives face? Leftover Styrofoam or missed paint spots?

It's in his hair too, either paint chips or drips of white paint, need replacement as well

That stinks, good luck with the replacement. He looks great with his EX head next to the PF Rhino. So glad I kept that statue. I wonder if the green one will look cool going up against my PF Abomination.
