hey thrust im new at this and dont know whats more popular neck no neck etc.....what bodies are more popular so any help would be great

as far as more characters id love to do a bunch of my favorite characters if this does well im all for it

The Hot Toys body is the most used out there and looking at Pacinos body-proportions, the narrowed true-type would be the choice for this figure.

and as already mentioned, i would love a head with neck. i hate the gap between head and neck, if it's without a neck plus it just looks weird for me. Different materials, different colors etc...

With neck it just looks more natural. But that's just me, don't know what others prefer.

When do we start?

@Boondocksaint: With "Rocco" you didn't mean Eric right?

So it's official that Eric will do this sculpt? If so, hot damn, i can't wait. And yes Eric should take all the time he wants. He's such a talented sculptor and he has the talent to nail it that much.

I'm really hyped now for this project. That is really wonderful.

So still the question: Will it be possible to make then some pacino-variants?

the other depends on how good it is. but i've waited so long now for a good pacino head, i probably will take the other one too.

Yep. Well then plan B will have Vito sitting in chair with Michael standing at the side with right hand placed on the top of the chair.
