Was just reading some past posts in this thread and came across this one... couldn't have been more off!

I don't think there will be too many cancellations, even of the regular. 300 regulars and 100 exclusives amount to a very small ES for an inaugural piece. Heck, even the regulars may be tough to come by... who knows?

No, unfortunately. I thought that too. But during all the "Ask Sideshow" during their ToyFair deal, they hinted at there being more. I'll be passing on the PFs to keep balance between the rest of the lines I collect as well as be able to pick up all the 12" versions and variants (who wants 18" static zombies anyway?! ). With that announcement, I found myself having even less interest in picking up the PZ PF and more in just focusing on the 12" line.

I'm thinking that sounds about right! I mean even if they do make more to the Dead PF series... PZ still is was the first one released.

I could be wrong but I doubt they'll be much hype after the release. Between the current state of the economy and the cluster-^^^^ pre-order which alienated most of the potential fans of this line, I don't see even the exclusive going for much over retail at first. At least for some time. I think most of the people convinced this will be an instant hit are greasy flippers. Seriously, it took the regular how long to sell out? I think that speaks volumes for the hype.

I really doubt it. I think one a year is more than enough. Besides, one per year is in your best interest. If SS put out more in similar fashion, they'd burn out PF interest in all of The Dead's collectors and you guys wouldn't make any money off flipping them.

There is no way they are going to make 2-3 Dead PF a year. I still don't think we will see anymore after this one. I wouldn't mine 2-3 1/6th dead a year, that would be sweet.
