That will cost you.
I need places they should visit. Good restaurants. Things to see. What's entertaining?

Also, as a collector, what places should they stop in to pick up say a souvenier for moi. hehe

I am still shocked they are taking a trip to the States. They go everywhere but the US, so this is kind of different and neat at the same time. Wished they could have taken me. Since all the money I get that could go to a vacation goes directly to collectibles. WHY MUST I BE SO WEAK?!

Thanks in advance!

:lol from all the places in the USA, they chose NY. No offense to NYers but man, good luck to your parents.

NYC is my favorite city on earth. I had a brother who lived there and worked there for 15 years so I went there quite a bit and I think its the best!!!

Unfortunately I can't think of any specific restaurants...

New York is a freakin MAD HOUSE.

I was there just a couple weeks ago.
Take what you see on TV and multiply it times 10 and thats NY.

but so much to see. You just need a few days to adapt.

Geed restaurants? Just tell them to take a cab to Little Italy

New York is AWESOME!!! I have family there, I was born there and served a mission there, I go back and visit there--it's like home to me. I'm gonna go through my notes and try and make a list, I'll work on getting it to you later today or tomorrow dude. I'm stoked for your parents, I love that city! I'll be heading there later this summer I hope.

My wife and I love going to NYC. We could spend days just in the museums alone.

What were you interested in as far as souvenirs?

They should of came to North Dakota they'd be right at home. Its like Canada, only more south in location. :lol:rotfl:rotfl:rotfl:rotfl:rotfl

in the west village i see alot of tourist taking pictures of the architecture specifically on grove street.also i would have them go to hoboken NJ in the evening or during the day so that they can see the skyline.i think Frank Sinatra Dr is the best view.im sure they'll hit alot of the usual tourist spots.

Well the sister, interesting had a BF she met in New York so she would visit, and she is from Western Canada. lol

So she has been giving them ideas, but yeah what her idea of a good time and my parents, would be different. As would mine.

Thanks so much guys. I'll definitely tell my parents this. Hopefully I can get as much info tonight or early tomorrow as they are leaving on Wednesday.

Procrastonation baby! After all, I am not going. hehe

As for souveneirs Batty. I don't know, what's cool for stuff there?

Been to NYC once and it is a madhouse. They should try riding the subway just for the experience.

The only place I remember while down there was a place called Forbidden Planet in Manhattan. Awesome place.

Shouldn't be hard to find since it is on Broadway.
