I hate those damn sales Mickey D's has, stupid buy 1 get 1 Big Macs so tempting, until I actually fell for it once. Thought I was going to hurl for about 4 hours afterwards. Oh the shame That stuff is SO bad for you, but sometimes (i.e. DRUNK) it tastes so good. I usually allow myself fastfood once, maybe twice a month. Just watch the over 40 somethings that walk in and out of there, and ask yourself, "Is it worth it?"

It all depends Josh. My Tai Chi teacher's Master died at 92 and was still able to perform challenging movements up until the last years of his life.
