If he does it like all the others, from what I recall, if you are BEFORE the marked time, it does not count.

I mean you still get the item, but does not count towards AP.

I assume 15:00:00 would be the start time, but I do not know.

First time ordering from PCS. Got my paypal receipt but its not showing any recurring payments on my paypal account. Do they just charge it again when the time comes around?

My 1st time ordering from them, too. I got my PP receipt but nothing from PCS yet. I paid in full though.

Hey mate, they dont charge automatically. if you get the newsletter it sets out the payment schedule.
You just send payment to them at that time. If you forget they will remind you. You just send it over as goods and services with a note of the 2nd or 3rd payment etc... Hope that helps.
Also no PCS receipt is given only paypal is enough.

doh, found the faq on the other forum. Looks like we have to pay attention to when the next payment is due and send it manually. Little bit of a headache there
