Those...stupid... sculpted tattoo lines ruin it. Absolutely wild and unacceptable at the price point.

I've never purchased a PCS piece before, however this does look amazing from what i'm seeing, by far the best Maul at this scale. Does PCS production pieces usually follow through with comparable quality?

Will be my first PCS piece but having most the 'high end' Maul statues, I think this is THE BEST licensed Maul statue ever made. That's comparing the LSF and life-size bust too, with all the 1/4 PF too.

Even though it's listed as a global release on the PCS site, they have confirmed they in fact do not have distribution rights for this statue in Europe.

Totally agreed. The sculpted lines ruin it. Always bugged me on the 1.0 Hot Toys figure, no way I would settle for that on a piece this large and pricey.

Hmm I wonder if the “seams” that hems saying will be removed in production are the tattoo lines?
Looks really good regardless. Love the forced perspective scenes in the base.
However, I need to save 1/3 pieces for absolutely must haves, and unfortunately Darth Maul isn’t one. The only way they’d get me to order some 1/3 Star Wars pieces would be ROTS Anakin and Obiwan (I’d cancel/sell my Blitzway pieces), ROTJ Luke and ANH Han and Leia.
Funny how they’re using the “hyper real” tag line, taking from JND.
