I bended the hand and the peg part broke in half,so now its stuck in the arm and impossible to get out,any idea how i can get it out or is all hope lost?

No hope is alive and well! I've done this too. What you need is a drill and a very small drill bit, clamp the arm, or get a mate to hold it tight, drill into the centre of the broken peg and it should then pull out! It worked a treat for me. Good luck.

Drilling it out might work...maybe the only way?yes its a Rambo 3 figure so i got kinda pissed when it happened.

I have extra pegs so no problem there, glu it together is not an option for me,ive tried that before and it wont hold.

thanks for the tips guys, appreciate it,ill try and let you know if it worked well.

Drilling will work! Then go to a site that sells parted out figs, buy a pair of hands (glove HT hands are easy to find) and pop out the peg. It's easy to do, even easier with a hairdryer! :D
Just seen that you're from norway, so ordering in Europe might cost less in shipping fees! Here's a site in France where I live. They're cheap and reliable! Otherwise, Ebay is the place...

Do you know if the naked hands fits a HT body? The Peg isnt the same on those...

I don't know which naked hands you're talking about, but if you mean the bendy hands, no, they won't fit. However, you can adapt them pretty easily as the pegs do come off and you can put a HT peg inside to replace them, in which case you still have to buy HT gloved hands! But I usually do my own adaptations as I buy naked, handless bodies and I've never seen hands that couldn't be adapted!

I mean the hands that isnt Gloved. But its quite nice and cheap to go this way as loose Hot Toys pegs is hard allready to get hold of.

Once again, I'm not sure which naked hands you're talking about since the site offers several brands: Dragon, BBI, Soldier Story, DID...
But if I'm not wrong, the only HT hands are the gloved ones... But then again, it's easy to meke a peg fit! :D

Man this sucks indeed! I had the exact same problem with the exact same figure before. A drill will work fine with the smallest bit you can find, you don't want to damage the actual wrist part that the peg fits into. Either that or (what I did) use a small srew driver with again the smallest screw you can find, manually screw the screw deep into the broken peg and then get some plyers and yank the whore out!

Make sure to use a brand new wrist peg cuz that thing is garbage now.

I mean all the hands that is without gloves, none of those have the Hot Toys peg.But i got what you meant, buy a did hand change out the peg with the HT gloved hands pegs.

I have a extra pair of pegs so no worries...

Sorry to hijack the thread, but I've got a similar problem, but on a different body. I had a Sideshow wrist peg break off. Any known fixes on one of those? I tried superglue but it didn't hold. The peg itself is seperate from the hand, so I don't have that problem, but the fact the peg is broken off leaving the wrist crippled.

Two options here:
- find a new loose body (easy and not too expensive as art s buck bods are not very prized)
-drill a hole where the peg used to be and use the shaft of a small nail as a peg. glue it with epoxy, not super glue. once it is dry, Dremmel the hole in the hand further to accomodate the longer shaft. Make the hole smaller in diameter than the shaft. Heat the hand with a hairdryer and force it on the shaft. should work... :D
EDIT: Just thought of another method! I haven't tried it but it should work fine. You have to get a very small screw (the size of screws used on obitsu bodies). With a penvise, drill a hole into the articulation where the peg used to be. Screw the... screw! into the hole. To secure it even better, coat it with epoxy before screwing. The head of the screw will serve as the ball of the peg! Voilà! :D
