As I said earlier, great concept, horrible timing and horrible execution (on the sculpt).

They needed to announce this like 18 months ago so that the product would hit along with the movie.

You're absolutely right; I stand corrected. I'll amend my original post.

Personally, I don't find the Worthington sculpt to be 100% accurate, however. Dastan is even more far off.

The headsculpts are totally off the mark, especially the alternate swich-out head sculpt that comes with the Ex Edition...

The body armor looks good though and so is the Medusa head.

Yup canceled as I have a feeling this one will as well. What I hate about the exclusive is the Medusa's head. In the final scene it was the CGI'd beauty that did it. Sure it "morphed" back and forth into what we see but not in the final Kraken scene which I think this is trying to portray. HT made that same mistake going with something visually cool over accuracy. Another negative IMHO.

Had the Kratos statue been a 1/4 PF, I probably would have got this because it woulda kinda fit in with that and I do like the Medusa head. Don't really care if the likeness is good or bad for that reason. And I wouldn't have displayed the screaming head but the normal one. But none of this matters since I won't be getting it since Kratos is a 1/6 statue.

Wow I had no idea they actually cancelled the Mummy dude PF! I didn't know the cancelled stuff at all here!

Even though it's not the best likeness, I actually like the EX and the expression on the face and holding the Medusa head. I think it's still pretty cool. I'm kinda tempted.

So, almost a year with no posts. With the new movie out today, I wonder if interest in this will increase. Maybe Sideshow will resculpt the head? Or maybe they won't; there apparently is enough interest for the EX to be on waitlist.
