As far as the skin tone on head, the wife of the guy who helped make that head, she made my catwoman mask for my costume and they showed me their prototype for that head and it was really close to what pics looks like. it was a blue green black skin tone. they also buy alot of production stuff from their horror pals in the biz. laura did good work on my catwoman mask i wore to a comic book convention.

I saw so many masks and costumes from various horror films and saw the original wolfman mask from wearwolf in london. and believe me what they look like in person vrses film is complete contrast

I think a more accurate descriptions of all the paint ups is that none (including mine) are accurate
When you do see Jason the pics are all dark and brief plus the promo shots look like different head so there cant really be a definitive look for Jason.

wow pete these look great!! i trust u with whatever colour u make him because i know pics dont always do it justice. plus to be honest its the mask that really matters, u wont see half of his head with that

when do you think you will be shipping my one out to me?

It makes me sad that this paint up will be covered up

This is one of my favourite paint ups I have done so far if not my favourite. I am usually very modest but I feel I have used the transparent paints and washes very well on this one.
The pics do not do the paint up justice because of the lighting/flash so I may try make a vid and see if it shows it better.

Any updates on when the jasons will be finished pete?

I didn’t even have to read the post to know what it was about

No changes since the last pics apart from the leather shin guards so all we need now are knifes and belt. But sadly we are stuck cause i cant make the belt without the knifes.
I hope the bugs in the knifes get fixed soon so we can finally finish him off

Thanks Guys, dam i have got bad at replying on my own thread

Just thought i would let everyone know that i am taking a couple of days off the end of this week as i am in need of a break.

As well as painting, customizing and helping out with WGP projects I also have a life and a full time job. I have not had a break from work since Xmas so am now starting to feel a bit burnt out so am taking the next few days to recharge my batteries.

So expect no updates or business pms till next Monday. I may still pop on here but If I do it will just be for pleasure so please don’t be insulted if I don’t reply.

I also have a stack of post as tall as me so please be patient as I will send stuff out as soon as I can.

Good news is I have a few days off the first 2 weeks of April so will be getting a lot of projects finished
