You know... I honestly don't understand why a company would chose to do a head like that instead something like a complete different color scheme for the the EX. Wouldn't a White Vision be a better way to go? They would even sell more (people would buy doubles).

You aren't wrong, but at least in Spider-Woman's case, Queen Veranke posed as Spider-Woman for years on our time, probably not so much in Marvel time, but that story lasted and she did a lot of damage, even if the image of "Skrull Spider-Woman" was used very briefly and mostly in marketing materials. There was still a more lasting impact in the stories beyond the original reveal of Spider-Woman being replaced by the Skrull Queen. That story ended The Initiative, spawned Secret Invasion, her death by Norman Osborn turned into Dark Reign, which lead to the Heroic Age, etc. It's also a reminder that the entirety of New Avengers up until after Secret Invasion, the Spider-Woman on that team was an impostor.

Vision appeared like this for about 2-4 pages, was promptly replaced by Jonas (Vision 2.0) and was eventually rebuilt. Doesn't hold the same historical weight as Skrull Spider-Woman.

Then there's the fact that aside from what happened in the comics, the Skrull head just looks better than Melt Head.

Sideshow should have added a Skrull head on the Elektra comiquette as an exclusive.

Best ex ever...tempted to get it...Avengers Dissambled is what started it all...That moment when She-Hulk destroyed the Vision (Such an important character back then in the Avengers mythos) was Epic !!! House of M,Civil War,World War Hulk,Secret Invasion,Dark Reign,Siege,Fear Itself and now AvsX ....Sideshow goes back to their roots and do what they do best,a macabre variant !!!! Awesome...hate it? dont read comics? Go **** yourself.

For me the best part was when Hawkeye went heroed out!

Not quite.

Scarlet Witch's powers melted his face and made him vomit an Ultron army that shriveled his body.

She Hulk ripped him apart after he melted. Scarlet Witch is also to blame for She-Hulk going nuts. Basically everything in the past 10 or so years can be blamed on Scarlet Witch or Skrulls. Or Brian Bendis, depending on how you look at such things.
