Finally getting some time to post more of my work, and have a lot of SST re-paints, as well as other manufacturers to share with ya'll.

This one is SST's British Lewis Gunner. The hair hasn't been finished yet, but everything else is just about done.

I remember you from way back in the day on other forums like mwd and places. You do some killer work, especially with women. Good to see you're still around and over here now.

Okay, looooooooooooooong break between postings. Here's a couple of pics of the headsculpt in the first post, now with his mutton chops added:

Rondo Hatton repaint

EDIT: It's funny how often I don't see what I don't like about a figure until AFTER I've photographed it and looked at the pics. Such is the case with the Rondo repaint. I HATE the eyes and eyebrows. Will be re-doing them tonight, hopefully new pics shortly after. Sheesh....

Hey, thanks, my friend! I appreciate the compliment on the repaint. I'm totally happy with the skin tone, but the eyes just look dead to me, and his eyebrows too "painted on" (maybe because they are! HAH!) Got some alternative methods I'll be trying, and hopefully more repaints to show soon.

And is it raining in Seattle? Hoo boy, is it ever...

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand here's the RE-repaint of Rondo Hatton....

Can you post pics of the Rondo figure next to other 1/6 scale figures? I've always wondering what he looks like next to a normal height 12" figure.

Phantom, with all the outrageous customs you've done...these are the best you got?I'm disappointed,my friend(granted, most of these children probably can't handle the bulk of your work, but still)...PS

Well, wax, I'm just using this thread to show face repaints. Sort of a way to gather the ones that involve the most work in one place. :)

And to that end, see the post below....

Rick Deckard

This is the Brothers Production headsculpt for their Blade Runner figure. I've been modifying the whole piece, but the biggest part of it was the head repaint. It's a good sculpt; not an exact likeness of Harrison Ford, but close enough.

Amazing work Roy! Great to see you still around, I was actually wondering about you yesterday. Hope to hook up again someday.
This is the best repaint of this version I've ever seen!

Stellar work on both of those! You really made that Deckard sculpt shine!
