Honestly cause Philly has had god knows how many events like this over the years. There are other places that have tons of stuff go on but Philly I'd have to say is #1 among cities here in the us.

Eagles, Phils, and Flyers. I have also been to other pro sports games. It's no different than ANY other team. I have NEVER seen anything out of line at a game that I haven't in any other setting. You are clearly making statements based on what? I would love to know.

Keith, Philly fans have a bad rep all over the county. Many Philly fans relish in that fact too.

You're the only Philly fan I have ever seen not admit it. MANY Philly fans used to come to Caps games on buses LOOKING for a fight. I used to see it all the time.

Exactly! I watched Dodger fans actually throw a woman down steps because she had a Cardinals jersey on. I'm talking stadium steps and down about 10 rows. There are ____ty fans everywhere.

I'm a Philly native and the behavior of some Philly fans is atrocious and some do revel in it. However, it is the drunken few that create this image. But what do expect from people when they invest so much emotionally in grown men playing a child's game?
