Phone orders

Today was my first time going by way of the phone. I paniced and started calling and got through. So how long does it take for them to send out the confirmations for the phone orders.

Also how many of you have went the way of the phone today.

Even if you don't receive an email confirmation, you should be able (within a day or two) to see the order in your account on the Sideshow website. The few times that I've ordered by phone, the order showed up with a 'P' prefix in my account instead of the usual 'T'.

They told me I would have comformation by ed of day which I'm guesing is 5pm Pacific so another hour or so.

I already have my email confirmation and they said 24-48 hours for the order to show up in your account.

I am really paranoid about stuff getting lost. i was also very paranoid about canceling the anakin wait list I had when I got it at dsc I made sure that was the only thing I had clicked.

I think they told me that too so if i dont get it by 8:30 eastern I might call. I knew as soon as I got off the phone I would have gotten through online, which I did.

I only remember doing a phone order once. I never got an e-mail and it took a few days to get it to show up in my online account, and it started with a "P" instead.

ohh i just really worried about it. I mean they dont give you anything to confirm that you have the figure. The lady I talked with I think her name was Jennifer said that she had a certain number she could sell. I told her my zip and name and she confirmed my address and I think she said I would have a confirmation by end of day and thats now only 30 min away for California

It is helpful if you already have an account with sideshow with your CC already in their system. I went the way of phone because I didn't have online access today and although it took about 20 min of busy signals and being worried, I did manage to get through. Aimee answered and took my name and placed the order, just got the email confirmation. She even knew who I was, very nice lady.

Well no email confirmation and its past closing time. I guess I want get one today. I really wish they would give you the phone order numbers over the phone so you could prove you had a order

Leia Boushh was my first phone order. Got it around 10:35 PST. I think the girl was Jenny or Jennifer -- really quick and painless.

I got an e-mail confirmation number this afternoon with a P number instead of beginning with the T.

I had to ring probably 60-70 times to get through but it worked. The online site sure wasn't ..... : (

yep that was the girl I talked to an I still have yet to get one. What time did you get your confirmation.

Did the email look like a regular orderdesk@sid....

I was on a phone order and I've gotten the email confirmation, the order isn't in my account though.

Heh, I thought this was thread was gonna have another list of phones available for order.......I phone ordered Obi-Wan by phone, Jennifer handled my order and the info was in my account 30 minutes later.

Do you know if there is more than one Jennifer at Sideshow. i got a reply today from a Jennifer about getting my figures double boxed.

I've ordered the last 2 SW offerings by phone and the P# email showed up a couple hours later.
