I think you'll be fine, and in past expieriences Jennifer has always been great. I missed one of the first PPO because of an account mistake and the same thing happened the next time, but luckily for me Jennifer was kind enough to hold one for me beforehand. This is just one of the many examples in ways that Sideshow has helped us collectors, so no need to worry. And I imagine alot of orders by phone are getting procesed this time on account of the servers crashing. If it makes you feel any better, I still haven't received any of my Jabba, Bib, or Leia emails from pre-order at SDCC.

Ohh I thought you had ordered today over the phone. Well I just cant wait to see it in my account and I can sleep better and with it being the weekend customer service isnt open. I just hope it come sometime in the night because I have to go somewhere tomorrow with no internet. I should have just hanged in a a few more minutes on the computer and a I would have gotten my order in no problem.

Well, right after I wrote my last post I checked my account and my SDCC orders were the newest ones there, unfortunately instead of having the creature pack, someone wrote me down for the probe droid pack which I already have on order!!! Hopefully I can still get the inclusive edition creature pack like it says on my receipt and this will all be resolved.

Still nothing happened overnight. I just hope they didnt lose my order or anything, that would just be great. I just hope it shows up in my account today while Im gone out. Well that will make it over 24 hrs.

I ordered Leia over the phone also. I got an email confirmation this morning and it has already showed up in my account.

I never got an email confirmation but I did get it added to my account so thats whats important. I did notice a couple things it didnt have the normal credit card info that is normally seen it just had XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and not the last 4 numbers. It also had this as the description: 12" Princess Leia Boushh Exclu (1). Is that how everyone elses phone orders look.

Im just so happy its in my account. :chew :chew :chew

Mine is the same.
But I never have letters in Credit Card info

numbers geez I cant catch a break tonight this is like the third time Ive made a grammar or stupid mistake. I still got two weeks before I have to start back to college and think. Thankfully Im just an electrical engineering student and I only had to take one English class (normally an EE would take two but they placed me in an advanced one for some reason) and our teacher was on recreational drugs or something, so we could get away with just about anything in the class
