Would probably have to go with T2 in that case but only because of my preference for Cyborgs over Aliens. Predator is probably right alongside it as a film.

Well I wasn't making any point beyond the simple fact it is last in this poll and appears to be the least 'popular'.

I guess I've probably watched Robocop the least out of all these films. And I think that may be due to the somewhat disturbing death of Murphy. Even as an adult it's not a scene I enjoy. Predator probably comes closest to that level of brutality but its less unsettling because its an alien doing the gruesome killing.
