I love Sideshow's stuff, but their QC has become worse lately. I've had to send a few things back in just the last 4-5 months.

Aside from the chip I am 100% satisfied. Its larger than I thought and f'n heavy as hell! Love the paint they put on the horns, like a gloss, they really shine. Better than the PF or 1:1. Also the paint on the bust itself matches the 1:1 exactly. The paint they used on the PF is a different shade of red, I like the paint on this and the 1:1 better than the PF.

For its size and weight it seems a bargain for $250. Its a shame I have to send it back.

Any chance you could post a side by side comparison shot with the 1:1 but or even all 3 including the PF?

Got mine this morning (#83 of 1000), and all I have to say is WOW. Very impressed, and its quite sizable (its my first LSB besides Balrog). Here are some pics!

This piece looks very impressive, and is more manageable than the life-sized bust (both in terms of cost and size).

I have to say, though, that it seems a little odd to have all of these versions of Darkness and nothing of the other characters, from Sideshow or any other company. The only other Legend collectible I can think of is the (fairly crappy) Meg Mucklebones figure. I think she'd make a pretty awesome PF.

I really think that Im gonna have to pull the trigger on this one. For some reason Im having a hard time resisting this piece. It would be my first darkness piece too. Had the PF and didnt like it so much after I got it so I shipped it back. But this just looks too damn cool to pass up.


I wonder if it would fit in a Besta?? hmmm...

Yeah, it's one of my first collectibles, but i still like it very much.I think it just needs a base to look better,and thank you guys, i really think the LSB is a great piece.
