I would say that it doesn't hurt to ask, especially if you're a frequent customer, but I wouldn't expect to get it. If you do, count it as a nice bonus.

If they had a 10% off and free shipping going at the same time, I would bite on this. I've been on the fence and watching/hoping for a good deal during Spooktacular or the 12 days, but I know its Hulk so it kind of sells itself (i.e. no real need to heavily discount by SSC).
