Why were there Romans on Sakaar?

I think its quite obvious really...Sakaar isnt mimicing Romans, Romans got the idea from Sakaar. I mean...with all the space travel that happened/happens in the marvel U...its quite possible that someone knowing of Sakaars practices visited the earth and influenced ancient Rome.
