Hopefully this is a case of initial batches being poor in quality and improvements will be made to the paint apps with later shipments. They all look bad. Garrus is the least terrible, but the dark wash they used on his face is sloppy and ended up looking like splotches.

SE better improve their act. until then I'm avoiding these like KFC during Free Chicken week.

Yikes, that Shepard looks awful! I didn't think they could make it any worse but that's really bad. Poor paint job, poor sculpt.

I really wanted at least the Garrus figure but think I will pass. I was hopeful after seeing the Tali prototype but by the time it gets into production they will screw it up somehow.

Yikes... I'm glad I didn't order these afterall, otherwise I'd have to cancel. They really didn't come out too good. Ash and Garrus look okayish, but not for full price. Shepard looks horrible.

Here's hoping that Hot Toys or Sideshow make 1/6th versions of these sometime in the future.

I can't believe that review. The guy thinks these are going to be sold-out soon? And that after two years of ME product these are the best in the market? Sorry, my DCD Shepard had a much better headsculpt for less than 1/3 the price. Sure, DCD can't get those poses, but who cares how articulate they are if they look like crap.

I haven't been this disappointed since the Dragon TNG Star Trek figures.

Such a shame about these. Would've bought them if they turned out good but I'm glad I waited. That Shepard sculpt looks like a shemale. I don't thinks. Repaint can save it like I had hoped

Damn, the face-sculpts are disappointing. I'll still get them though. I want to see femshep and Tali made and hopefully few of the supporting cast (Liara, Wrex, Jack, Samara, Legion, Thane, Mordin to name a few). I'll repaint the faces if they look that horrible in person for sure.

Damn it's too bad about the face because the armor and articulation both look really great. On the bright side the paint app on the CollectionDX reviewer's Shepard figure looks better than the one from the pics two pages back. Still kinda looks like a young Sinbad to me. You guys remember Sinbad?

I might pick up Garrus and try repainting his face myself. Shouldn't be too hard. Ash I'm going to pass on completely.

I'm still looking forward to Tali, because there's little chance Squenix can mess her up since she doesn't have a face.

Poor skin tone that doesn't match the neck, and it almost looks like his face is translucent. The relationship of his arms to his torso doesn't look natural to me. $65 is too much for these. $25 is more like it.

I was only planning to grab Garrus from the initial wave but man, seeing those pics 2 pages back just killed any interest in that whatsoever. What a real shame. :/
