That's the retail cost for a card with 6gb gddr5 ram for a PC. The per unit cost for Sony PS4 manufacturing will be much lower..................................hopefully.

Graphics are certainly nice--new Killzone dem0
Real-tiem reflections, lighting, much increased poly counts resolution and improved anti-aliasing. I think some fluid simulation for things like smoke and fire too. Only issue I'm seeing is animation isn't much improved.
