I think it's lame to have that tiny plant as the ex. But I got the ex anyways.

I don't think they could have made a switch out head cause of the pose. To me the Ex is just fine

I agree. He's my favorite as well (along with J. Scott Campbell and Joe Benitez), and it makes me sad everytime I think about it. I never got to meet him either.

I kinda miss the days when statues were just one solid piece. I like the base Ex.

Agreed, the silver surfer statue had a lot of switch out parts but I could see the seams and that ruined it for me

I agree. He spent a lot of time talking to me when he was up here at the Canadian Fan Expo. I honestly felt like i was talking to a good friend, and when he passed away It felt like I was sucker punched.

This piece is the reason I got back into collecting recently. I can't wait to get it in hand! The SDCC pics and videos of the proto looked absolutely memorizing! I'm definately looking forward to this most out of anything I've ordered recently. Here's to hoping it arrives just as the proto looks if not better!
