Edit: just got the newsletter, so preorders start at 3pm pacific time on Mon 10 Aug. $399. The regular edition comes with the open mouthed head while the exclusive has both the open mouth and closed. The regular is 500 pieces, the ex is 300. Exclusive, here I come!

Edition Size on both seems way too high for this.

Yeah, depends on where the pegs are. If all three legs are pegged, then it may not be a big issue. It also looks like the hind end is resting on the top step.

I have had leaning issues with PCS in the past, though. The Scorpion Mortal Kombat 9 piece which I had for about 8 months, and then it began leaning to one side.
