I didn't think it was a mistake. I was only wondering if PCS has tweaked a statue after taking pre orders, so I can keep thinking there might be a chance for the change I want

Maybe when you posted this they thought you wanted it cancelled?

Perhaps PCS had a way to identify your order, & cancelled it early for you, not knowing you changed your mind later?

Yeah that could have been it. The thing is the guy that said he was going to help me out ended up saying later that evening that he wasnt able to score one of each so i didnt end up going through with canceling. The whole preorder thing is what scared me that i wouldnt even get one, then i thought i had one of each too many, then i thought i ended up safe with one of each only to have them both canceled. I guess thats what i get for stressing out too much, just really wanted the statue and now im out with nothing.

I understand the disappointment of not getting (at retail price) a collectible you want. I experienced disappointment with a more recent 'Hot Toys' pre order on 'Sideshow Collectibles', that I wasn't able to pre order because they weren't shipping to my region

Yeah, it was GA Cap. Kinda ruined my plan on getting every HT Cap figure. But maybe it was a good thing. Save some money. Collecting figures & statues can get pricey.

well it looks like im not going to be able to get this mess sorted with popcultureshock and them canceling my orders. if anyone has a strong fist gouken they would like to part with or cancel please let me know first.

What was their reason for cancelling if you don't mind me asking?

Bummer. I don't understand why they would cancel your pre order in the 1st place, without being prompted by you to cancel. Seems like a random cancellation, & a mistake on their part, which might have cost you a statue. Maybe they are still in the process of contacting you again for a better outcome.

The cancelling happened the next day of the pre-order selling out! it was a automated thing which everyone on their list who ordered 2 got 1 cancelled and refunded!

This dosent mean everything is all good now... until they verify actual stock vs how many sold and then verify again there could still be some errors somewhere. Fingers crossed.

What's up with the large seem lines that connect his arms to his shoulders. I hope it's just not finished all the way. I saw a video by Madxcollector on Youtube and the lines were really bad. I'm thinking it was a sample that was still a work in progress.
