Thanks. I'm just buying it to flip...actually it's freakin nice I'd keep it but I have ZERO room for anything. I have 7 statues I want to display boxed.

No you won't.
If you're on the wait list, you are not charged the NRD.
If you 'were' charged the NRD, I suggest you call SSC and get them to either refund it back onto your card or tell them to update your order to reflect that your wait list is converted.

It's just the regular version; both the reg. and EX come with two heads. PCS threw in the "non-angry face" as a bonus at the last minute which is why it doesn't appear in any of the statue's promo pics. Hope that helps.
