Hi guys,
im having no luck finding this popeye I saw a while back, it looked like a bad-ass old school looking popeye, im not sure if it was a custom or actual produced unlicenced by a company. does anyone have any information on it or pictures? a very good friend of mine does not collect toys but is a HUGE pop eye fan and I wanted to get one as a gift. please let me know , I just need to know if this thing exists or was just a prototype.
