Unfortunately even if they did find her, all she would get is a slap on the wrists! Since people would see it as just a cat*. Hell! People get slaps on the wrist for worser crimes! Sucks really!

*For the record I don't see it as just a cat, but thats how the majority of people view animal cruelty... "It's just an animal". Animal cruelty pisses me off immensley and I despise people who are so crass and cruel towards animals and their well being. If it was my pet I would have ripped her god damn throat out! Disgusting woman!
