Let’s face it… it’s hard to find a nice Predator 2 helmet out there lately, and even when you do one, there are casting issues, or the paint job isn’t too hot, or there’s no lasers/LEDs, or it’s simply overpriced. I know HCG is coming out with one that is way too expensive, but seeing as they’re a bunch of unprofessional asshats, their products won’t be getting any face-time on here either way. Well folks, today I want to introduce to you a GOREOUS Predator 2 helmet that has it all at a price you won’t believe!

The helmets are made and shipped direct from the USA by Art himself, and you are going to LOVE the price! You get the FULLY FINISHED helmet, including painted, mesh screen lense, REAL LASERS and trigger for $250 plus shipping! That is easily the best price I have ever seen for a fully painted helmet that also has lasers, and based on this piece I have here in hand, I would NOT hesitate to grab one of these for your collection, that price is a STEAL!

Cool bio. But still not an official licensed product. Love the trigger function, but has no benefit if you are displaying the piece. HCG is selling theirs at $299.95 with a stand, and I am sure you can find them cheaper (alter ego at $284.95). Not much price difference there. And there is no mention on having a stand. The only upside on this piece is the laser (if you really need that) and perhaps the finish of the piece. I have the HCG piece on order and will not be canceling, since it will go nicely with my HCG P1 bio bust.

the lenses on this one looks more movie accurate then the HCG one............and this one has real lasers, not that LED crap, but i do agree that the stand does make a difference, not sure if i will get either though

Dont like the paint too much....not a fan of the green. Even if it is accurate. But everything else is sexy.

Not have a display stand is a bummer - but at the same time, I think having a very nice piece is more important, you can always try to find a way to display it somehow.

Most people that collect these helmets tend to wall mount them simply by attaching a piece of wire or strong to the sides and hanging it like a painting on a nail. For a table top mounting, the preferred method is just using a threaded pipe on a base and glueing a threaded connector to the inside of the helmet and screwing it in place. You can buy everything you need at homedepot for $25 - $35.

You can check the HuntersLair. Someone showed how they make Bio bases out of pvc pipe like dan mentioned. Looks pretty ghetto.. but you could doll it up some if you wanted.

Actually you can buy some really nice chrome parts instead of PVC and it looks pimpin Maybe I will make a tutorial on how to build one.

I was just saying.. hell you could make stands just like the ones that come with the SS Bio's if you wanted too. Just depends on how good you are with tools and if you got skills.
