I had mine pre ordered with pop culture and then when it arrived and tried to pay the balance and use 2000 pennies of the 11000 I had to get 20% off they said I couldn't use them. Then few months later they offer 20% off store wide. They certainly know how to screw there customers over.

Unfortunately you have to apply pennies at checkout. You can't use them after. They usually offer 20% off store-wide each year at around this time, so if I have a big purchase I want to make I usually wait until then (unless I think the item is going to sell out immediately). For example, I was planning to order an ECC Lycan. So I purposely waited for the 20% off sale since their ECC products are usually in stock for a while.

Nice one! Did you also get the 1/3 Marcus? They look great together but make such a large footprint.
I had to pass. :(

To be TOTALLY honest - it was the number of busts with (what I consider) excessive yellow drool that made me decide to keep mine.

No-one round these parts has one for sale, and I couldn't take the risk that a "sight unseen" copy would turn up with more drool than mine.

The nameplate issue can be fixed - that drool - not so easy (depending on where it is, how much of it there is, and how yellow it is).

Got mine Today. Love it!!!P2.JPG

This is what "collecting" is all about. Very happy to have this in my collection.

Sideshow CS have always sorted me out. Replacement parts, and even full bodies, sent out.
I even got a free figure after receiving two crappy Big Chap Busts.

Seems they aren't as good as they used to be...

I got:

  1. Delay after delay (1 week turnaround for replies to my initial contacts).
  2. Cut/Paste impersonal answers in order to kick me to the kerb ASAP & minimise impact to their bandwidth.
  3. An insulting & ridiculous offer.
  4. All sorts of specious excuses and stonewalling.
  5. A refusal to budge on their offer or options.
  6. Attitude, and a refusal from the manager of the dept. to accept that they had dealt with this badly.
  7. Refusal to escalate above him as his boss was not "customer facing" (yeah - I can guess why!)
  8. THEN they blocked me from claiming with FedEx for the damage FedEx caused for no legitimate reason (FedEx were wonderful to deal with though!)
  9. It took nearly 8 weeks to get to the point where I gave in, accepted their paltry $80, and will sort things out via other routes.
  10. I got 3 automated emails asking my opinion of their service - there's no point completing them because the manager sincerely believes they provided great & acceptable service.

:slap

Worst "customer service" experience in my entire life.

I did manage to get the credit and all current reward points (including from THIS piece) applied to the Wolf LSB order . . . BECAUSE I sincerely hope that is the very last piece I am ever tempted to order from them. Between bad QC over the last few years, and shoddy customer service, they are a high-risk gamble I would prefer not to take.

Now lets see what turns up this time next year when the Wolf LSB is delivered :)
