Let me guess, you want the same roaring pose as the 1:1 scale bust....right?

...tell me about it...the roaring pose is so tired. Its like if its not roaring it not predator in some peoples eyes. I think this piece looks freaking awesome and I'll be sure to more than likely get all the Pred LSBs

It just doesn't look like the predator from the film

1.Teeth positioned incorrectly

2.Snout is too short

3.Eyes/expression

4.Hairs look to stylized

5.Dreads look tube-ish

and its way too clean and not enough little details in texture expect on his head.

While I will admit the sculpt is not perfect, nor the details drop dead amazing...its still an amazing piece overall. The nit picking about it is almost unreal that its not the same boring roaring predator we have seen 10,000 times over. The pose is refreshing and a new, creative idea. Its not screen accurate.....so what?

This LSB is very impressive...
its got a lot of weight to it...package was 24 pounds I believe.

I hadn't seen this QC sticker before-

Overall-
Excellent sculpt and great paintjob :clap
Congrats to all who got it...very worth it :)

Thanks for the great pics. I am waiting for mine as well. Looks like the Predator is looking to the side, is that true?

Looks stunning in my honest opinion and well worth the price tag I'm so glad I ordered the ex when it first went up for pre order .

It my not be screen accurate but so what! detail looks good just hope they keep the quality up . Mine should be here Wednesday so fingers crossed

Apart from those awfull nashers it looks really good, has anyone had a go at fixing them yet?

Its supposed to have flared teeth.........:slap

Nooooo, no it isn't. are you aware the complaint lies with the top two teeth on the inner mouth and not the posed mandibles which give this piece its character and look great? If you are then your badly mistaken, they should be straight, unfortunately the flared fangs turn what should be a menacing looking creature into a goofy looking statue, such a small thing ruins the overall effect and an otherwise amazing statue. there's always something with sideshow...

nice and straight...

Man this LSB looks ugly. It looks like a Teenage P1 or something. Before he got braces.

I really like this LSB and think it looks fantastic despite all the imo minor inaccuracies. Congrats to all those that ordered one..:hi5:
This would have been a definate purchase If I didn't own the 1:1 bust..:D

We have known since we saw the proto that this was a more artistic interpretation of the "Jungle Hunter" from P1. I am very happy with the end product, cant wait to receive it Wednesday. I will say that I would have liked to see a little bit better paint apps, but considering SS's recent efforts, I'll take this no problem!

I really like the way this one turned out.
Mine arrives on Monday. This will be PROUDLY displayed.

I can't help but feel some sympathy for those who bought the Rogue PF. They do not appear in any way as pleased as those who purchased the Predator LSB. Whenever a piece fails, it truly is a crying shame as it's a slight on everyone involved -- the artist, the fan, the company, and perhaps most importantly, the trade. And, for what? For a few extra bucks? So as to not offend the overseas manufacturer? I hope SS steps up and does something proactive about this.

Yeah, it was an easy mistake on my part as you did not specify what you meant exactly by it. My bad on that one. I still disagree with you 100% and think the piece is an amazing work of art.

:lol ROFLMFAO! :lol

I just don't understand why people are always defending the ____ out of Sideshow.

lets not forget that even the original SWS P1 bust doesn't have great paint apps either. I didn't expect anything different then what the outcome has been in the paint department. SS should have used rubber quills on the SWS bust.
