I wonder if ss will ever make a slave leia sitting down like the GG version which looks so much better then this one.

Both the SS and the GG have their goods and bads. They both look like Carrie Fisher. But from certain angles they both seem off.

The SS is less screen accurate than the GG one. It would seem like they went with the Episode 4 look of Leia and threw her into Episode 6 clothing.

The GG version features Carrie Fisher's thinner and more grown-up look.

Great paint job, but for me you can't polish a turd. The face is just sooo far off looking like Carrie Fisher...

Silent Surfer's repaint says otherwise.

The GG version features Carrie Fisher's thinner and more grown-up look.

Also, the massive breasts she miraculously pulled out of her big round ass.

I prefer the GG any day, it indeed has a BIG chest and round behind (and GG added even more cloth covering the butt) but otherwise that might be the only "issue" with it (not for me though). The SS one has bulgy eyes and there is not too much to mask that, maybe a re-sculpt. I'm still waiting for a perfect Slave Leia statue

There are some good repaints out there, but honestly, even straight out of the box this isn't a bad piece at all -- as long as you view it from a normal distance and not blown up on your computer screen. I quite like it.

Yep. That's the killer problem (even with Surfer's amazing repaint)...

...the big ugly googley eyes (and old lady sour-lips).

yes I was thinking about this but now will pass. I will wait hopefully a new one will show up someday.

If I wanted to be overly retentive, I'd say that big-eyed Leia is more attractive to me than horse-faced Leia, but I don't want to be overly retentive. I just want an awesome repaint, the likes of which Silent Surfer and Skiman have achieved.
