This is boring. Ok I have to write here to clarify the situation because I don't know how to proceed now to reorder and also to catch someone's attention.
I didn't clearly understand the cinemascale/Iminime thing. I don't want to mixed up all my problems concerning Iminime. But I have no refund atm, no email regarding this issue, my orders disappeared on the website...
Denny blocked me the other day on Facebook, which was my last way of communication with this company, while I was making a point concerning an order I didn't get. Thanks to my bank, I could trace the payment of this order I did with a different paypal address. This is an old problem, I even lost hope to get the figure. But now I do know all the information about my orders. I can prove it, when, which account, which figure. (I write this because maybe Denny will read it, it's my only way to get to him).
And the deadly vipers thing is a different matter and I really hope I will get my money back. I love this hobby so much I am still buying Iminime's products. This is the third time I'll have to order these figures. I don't care about that but I have things to say about Denny that will be said if I'm not treated as every customer. I read things from Denny that shouldn't be said and he even came to me on facebook! I just want that Iminime answers to my questions regarding my orders. My mistake was to give Denny an incorrect information about an order (the name of the figure and the first name of the buyer..). So maybe now that I have everything and the number of the paypal transaction I won't be called a thief again? I don't want the war with the guy. I just want to be able to buy and to get what I paid for. I think it makes sense and it's not too much to ask.
I'm just glad Wake is here and I hope there is still a solution for me to get these awesome figures. That's all I want, and please someone help me here...
