That's not Scott's "Lonely Boy." It's a completely different headsculpt and Scott's didn't have any molded belts, etc. The PT suit and boots look more like a "recast" of the Hot Toys one to me based on pics and how I remember it in hand. Scott's had all custom made buckles that I believe were made of real metal with the straps made of real fabric material (leather or pleather, no sure) and same for the hands being real metal too if I remember correctly. The boots on Scott's were also real fabric material from the ankles up and not molded. And when it comes to the civilian look, Scott's suspenders are wider material and included the safety pins where as PTs are just using standard 1/8" elastic bands from the looks. Pants are also a lot baggier on Scott's than PT. From the looks, PT normally uses the real custom item in their promo pics and then do their own thing in production, but this looks pretty different to me from the get go.Just a reminder that this is Scott Pettersen's figure and Present Toys is just recasting it, like they do with everything else.
So anyone thinking this is 'real leather', just understand that these guys are thieves from the start, so do you really want to trust what they say?
Regarding the use of real leather: PT did in fact use real leather on their Indy jacket, so there's no reason to think they wouldn't try that here just as they're also saying their terminator figures will use real leather too. Now, the Indy jacket did not come out looking good b/c of the thicker leather they chose for it and to top it off, it was ill-tailored for the body they used. But it was still made of real leather just as they said it would be.
Below is Scott's 'Lonely Boy." The PT is definitely not a recast of this.
