So... I’m guessing there’s no way to get this now.
Sorry mate I know it hurts..I was #78807, missed by 1, now I feel more gutted
Technically no. But there's still options. Ebay is pretty pricey for a less than stellar figure but some aren't terrible, I think I saw one for $202. But do your due diligence and check the seller ratings to make sure they're legit. Other retailers will probably have a few extras that'll go up here and there. You can try reaching out to some of them preemptively and ask.So... I’m guessing there’s no way to get this now.
Here are my Inigo V1, V2, V3 & Smiling sculpts, all painted by Mark Simpson in the UK:Does anyone have any painted example photos of the original Inigo sculpt they could please post?
I keep looking at this head and can't put my finger on what's out with the Ford likeness.. It's got to only be small cause some angles look pretty true. Really not sure if it's paint or the aforementioned distortion from the recasting or a combination.
That’s exactly where I’m at. I ended up picking one up off of eBay for a little over $200. To me it’s totally worth it, even if patience could have saved me some money. I ordered some boots to replace the ones that come on the figure and I MAY replace the pants down the road but as is, this is as good a representation of Indiana Jones I need in my collection. At $155 shipped from Kit the figure is a steal but I wouldn’t fault anybody for paying $200 to $220 on eBay if they really wanted an Indy in their collection.
What other options would you have? $220 for this:

I agree. I'd suggest getting on the third run for the original sculpt this is recasted from. Inigos V3. There's an interest on the onesixthcustom forum. Of course it'll cost more, but imo, Indy is worth it.all this fuss over a kinda mediocre figure? The sculpt suffers from the uncanny Ford Valley syndrome.
You "can't believe" how many people are upset? Then use your imagination, lol.Yep that’s what I did. And wow. Looking at FB and I absolutely can’t believe how many people are upset about missing a cheap $150 figure that will probably get a second run.
“Seeing as how no link was posted, i think the orders put in that got them should be refunded and a new date picked to post a link. That would be fair.”
Oh 1/6 collectors really are the worst

It's not suprising people were upset at all...and it's not that complicated either. Are there people that overreacted? Yeah, probably. To leave a seller permanently over this is way overboard, but to each their own. It's their decision to make imo.
However, to minimize how they feel just because you don't give a flying "f" is a bit arrogant. I totally see where they're coming from even if I don't care about this figure. They felt misled and I can see why...but Kit rectified the problem to the best of his ability. Let's all move on.
With that said, I would highly suggest people wait for the second offering when they announce it. Learn from this and preorder this when it goes up next time. Also, Kit is one of the best sellers in the entire business. If you're worried about his honesty, don't. He's a straight shooter and we're lucky to have him in the midst of all the bad sellers like TW.
If 1/6 collectors really are "the worst" then let's not add to the problem by pretending we don't get why people are upset. A little empathy goes a long way.
