I still prefer the HT version
Overall, I prefer the HT as well. The sculpt is average but the tailoring and depth of the accessories out does it. But the pleather jacket, belt etc is typically maddening. So there is good and bad about bothI still prefer the HT version
Is that the figure out of the box?! I'd probably never really switch out anything but that looks great!I was pleasantly surprised by this figure.
With all the talk of it being mainly just for parts, etc, I was actually pleased how it looks out of the box with just a little futzing. Probably the low expectations helped with that!

There are lots of things to improve upon - those pants need replacing asap.
I'm actually quite happy with the jacket in particular after spending some with it - needs more wrinkling and some weathering, but it feels nice in hand.

This is my first Indy, and I suspect a long process of swapping out parts and upgrading is about to start.... but it's honestly quite a bit better than I expected out of the box!
Yes, 100% stock at the moment. I haven't changed or swapped anything on mine yet. Definitely needed a bit of futzing to get things sitting better though! Is that the figure out of the box?! I'd probably never really switch out anything but that looks great!
I only ask because Kit got some more stock and I'm tempted to hit the buy button...

I was on the fence on the first batch, got this from the second and no regrets. I'd say go for it - even if you keep it stock, it can look pretty good!
Good that you mention it. I thought about it to change the body. Didn't know although with which one. I will take a look on the mentioned bodyNot sure about the second run jacket, but it didn't fit well on the first run body. Indy figures tend to work best (in my opinion) using a ttm19 style torso with narrow shoulder arms. I'm sure the Present Toys set would benefit from this as well. Overly muscular armed bodies tend to bunch up the sleeves and throw off the whole look in my experience.
It looks very nice there. That sculpt looks ok-ish when viewed straight on, but from other angles not so great.I was pleasantly surprised by this figure.

Makes sense, it's a recast of the inigoI actually think the Ford sculpt on this is better than the HT version.
I really like it!
Had him without his jacket.. but after putting it on, it didnt sit right, which annoyed me really.
So I took it off again. Maybe I will try it next time to make it sit like yours.
What kinda annoys me about the figure are the handpegs.
The color doesnt match the hand. Same goes for the arms. :/
