Really I didn't know the Hulk was downsized I had a feeling that 20 Inches in Height seemed a bit small but didn't know it was properly downsized
And yea I hope the Abomination is to Scale maybe make him a bit bigger than the Hulk

In the movie, he was definitely bigger, but I honestly don't know if that holds true in the comic books.

Hulk's strength is proportionate to his anger so Abomination being stronger is subjective

Abomination's base strenght is higher than Hulk base strenght....thats why he always has the upper hand against Hulk at the start of their fights...But the more the Fight advance, the Madder Hulk gets and the stronger he gets and he eventually surpass abom's brute force with his own...This is how Hulk Beats abomination 99% of the times...

Grey, Savage, etc.) In terms of weight: Abomination weighs in at 980 lbs., while Hulk may vary from 900 lbs. - 1,400 lbs. Again, it depends on which form of Hulk you take into consideration.
