Hulk retail price was $325 and Thing was $325. Sorry, I don't see a worthy $175 price jump.

$500 = Pass for me.

And he will in my opinion. You're exactly right. With Ebay as strong as it is nowadays (esp. concerning this market,) it's almost crazy to purchase directly from Sideshow. (Even though I still do. But it's almost guaranteed that you will find MUCH cheaper prices on Ebay.) As long as you're patient.

But I will say one of the main reasons why I continue to purchase from Sideshow directly is because of their customer service department. If I have a problem, they fix it. Period. No hassels. No questions. That's worth the extra money in my opinion.

funny i never said anything, but i thought the same thing, i mean a hydrant, that's like me or you picking up a marble and throwing it.
i though maybe a torn car body would be more realistic

The ES must be 500 for the exclusive.

I'm sorry but at this price point I'm thinking exclusive ES will be around 300 or so.

but this is clearly an attempt from SS to cash in on the after market price rise on the marvel pfs

I'd guess that Sideshow is putting low edition sizes on these high ticket items because they know in this economy not as many people will be buying. So it's possible that figures such as Blackbeard and Abomo-boy will be much sought after on the secondary market, especially if the economy turns around before they ship.

hey i'm not sure if it's been noticed before in this thread, but they state a firehydrant as the ex. option. but looking at these pics it actually appears that the hydrant will be magnetic and just sit in his hand.

so there will be no switch out hand, just the teny, winy firehydrant that will be held into his hand with a magnet.

My guess is 250 for the ES. Which it's still high at the hefty premium they are charging on this great statue.

If this doesn't sell well they'll go to "plan B": repaint the unsold ones and do an international exclusive "Classic Abomination" that will look better than this with a darker paint job.

I agree that you can get it cheaper from eBay but I hear so many stories about bad statues, not getting shipments, not as stated, etc... I'd rather have a sure thing from SS, I don't mind spending more if it's gonna be more secured or at least it's a company that will give you a replacement if something is wrong. Don't get me wrong there's several guys/gals on here that I deal with and I'd vouch 100% feedback on but there are very few good ppl!
