When did you get UPS tracking update?

It just came, yesterday. I had no idea. I looked then it said the next box will be here today. If I wasn't so tired after putting that damn thing together. I would show pics of the gloss. But I hurt my back as well. Not a light statue at all. So, got both boxes and put it together. It is amazing. I already started the gloss on the body and face. Ill let it dry tonight and start another coat tomorrow. I will provide pics, However, with one coat it already pops. Just amazing. I will share. Tomorrow!!! Unfortunately it arrived with just minor damage. I can't find the branch that broke, that is how minor it was. Other than that an amazing statue.

I got both boxes today and put the statue together and it is absolutely amazing. But I added the gloss and already it makes it a ten out of ten. It shows the sweat and puts it over that level of good. It is so damn huge. I was not to happy it is this heavy and big. I mean the spot it blocks my tv and that is the only spot I have it at. I can move it but I love it right there. Anyways. I will show exactly what this gloss does. It does make it pop. Tomorrow Ill post pics. My back is hurting. I need to pop some suboxone. I take it when I need it and that damn statue messed my back up.

Tusks look a bit uneven but other then that it Looks great.. thanks for sharing.

So it arrived, Minor damaged, nothing big. But I started step one of the gloss and it already makes a huge difference. Ill let it dry tonight do some more tomorrow and show pics. It is amazing with the varnish and gloss. I mean dead on! Shows the sweat just how it should look!

Def interested in pics, what brand/type gloss varnish you using?

Oh you weren't looking at your tracking or you mean it came without the tracking updating? That's good the only damage was minor plant stuff, better that than the Predator himself!! lol, take care of that back and get some pics when you feeling better, also any tips on gloss? Because the flat look isn't doing him justice so I am def gonna gloss mine up too.

Ya I will post it tomorrow, just resting. That was a haul putting that together and I want the whole statue varnished or gloss. I mean the skin. So, I will be working on this tomorrow for a while.

Ill post what I use and then how it turned out. Your right it looks bland with out it. I mean putting it on the face makes a huge difference and on the dreads. So, I want to do more work on him before I post! But you can find it on amazon. The one I loved is back ordered. But the one I use comes out white but dries clear. That worried me at first. But no, it still works the same as the one I use to use on a few statues before. Like PCS Rambo. Made him look like he had sweat. Ya I mean, it such an easy fix. That IDK why Prime one just didn't do it themselves. Doesn't take much to do. At all.

Ya I didn't look at the UPS tracking and I open the door and I see a huge box lol. Im like sick. But only one box. So, I waited all day for the second box. Then two hours assembling him. I am very lucky no big breaks. The plants are annoying but make it looks sick. I mean I have the xionart wolf and this towers that. I mean it is a 1/3rd statue no doubt. I mean with this gloss you can make the plants wet the rock wet. It really will improve the overall quality of the statue. It just depends on what people like and don't.

Your ups tracking never kicked in any updates? That is odd, got a Pic of the tusk?? That blows man! Should be replaced no problem tho?

Nope, never said it landed in the US and never got an email for expected delivery. I already glued the tusk back on but you can still see the crack. Waiting for Prime 1 response. I’ll keep you posted!

Sweet I look forward to the pics! I was playing with the idea of sending one of the unmasked sculpts off to a painter. But I want to see how it looks in person.

But holy cow, is he massive! Seeing him next to the P2 and Neca puts his size into perspective, so thank you for those shots.

Right! I was gonna use a 1/4 neca jungle hunter in my review for size reference and knew he'd be bigger but damn that's more like 1/3 haha I am not mad tho! I love that! Packs a punch for the price

I've got their City hunter inches away from me on my desk, it is NOT a small statue! I'm always amazed at the size difference when I see these two together..... And I'm wondering where the heck I'm going to put their 1/3 version when it arrives.

So it’s kind of hard to pic up the sweat but in person u can tell the difference. It’s like night and day. I want to eventually do the whole body. Which I stated as well. Makes it look like a moist reptile. So much more potential I can add too. Just work and then time. Let me know what u think. If I should do it to the masks. I did it to the comic mask but I can easily wipe it off. It makes it look great. But my opinion. Anyways. I’ll put more coats after it dries. Let me know what u all think! Wish all well! Peace! Oh I have more work to do so this isn’t the end product lol!
