I’ve got 3 1/3 pieces coming next month and May - Batman and Superman Hush and Alien 3 Maquette.

Thought about putting them on the same counter space together.

BTW...any news from SS regarding a replacement? I also have a severe lean and wobble...same as yours. I'm still waiting on hearing back from SS.

I called yesterday after 9 business days since my original email. Customer service said a prime one specialist would be contacting me within the next couple days. She did say that prime one holds on to the replacements and it may have to be shipped by them. So it may take a month to get to us. Waiting patiently.

got my billing notice for monday...

That's odd. My waitlist converted in December and I just got my billing notice for Friday the 19th of this month. I assumed they'd be done in order of conversion.

For those who have had issue with this statue, has Sideshow asked you to destroy yours and they'll ship a new one? Or have you had to ship yours back?

Mine ships on Friday. Very nervous after reading all the issues others have had. Will be nightmare getting things fixed or replaced from overseas.

Neither, I called again yesterday after almost 3 weeks of nothing. the customer service rep told me they are waiting on shipments from prime 1 in order to contact us back and give us info. they said it is all on prime 1 as of now. supposedly when they find out when the replacements and or shipments are due in they will notify us. going to hear back soon.

This is probably not a great time to need customer service from Sideshow in regards to P1 pieces. There's probably some pretty subpar communication/collaboration going on between the 2 right now.

And no, I'm not excusing it.
