Yeah, that was posted a few pages back. Nice to see an in-hand video, but the quality is a bit rough and it's not exactly in-depth.

Cancelled Harley Quinn, Deathstroke, and Arkham Bats exclusives yesterday. Rejoined the waitlist for all three and already got conversion e-mails tonight.

Either way it made it on to the list. Products don't make it onto the shipping soon list unless they actually are. At the very least, shipping notices should be getting sent out in the near future, as opposed to another delay notice.
