Yea, I can see that but they DEFINITELY did NRD transfers so I guess they have changed that policy...

I just requested and got a refund of my NRD for the Noel statue after the delay was announced. Wasn't Arkham Knight Batman delayed, as well?

I imagine you would have to cite a delay as your reason for cancellation near the time it was actually delayed. Waiting until you get the "processing soon" e-mail most likely disqualifies you from using that excuse.

I have all my Fed Ex packages rerouted to my local Fed Ex/Kinko's location. They're open 24 hours a day, and they call me when it arrives.
