Got mine yesterday.. This is officially my first 1/3 scale.. Since PCS can't get their Scorpion and Sub-Zero statues out!

I have to say.. It's amazing. And the cape by itself is unbelievable. Thickest, heaviest cape I've ever dealt with yet is OH SO posable. Doesn't seem like it should be able to hold the way it does.

Prime 1 knocked this one out of the park!

Thank you. I messed with it all night and again this morning. It is so well done the possibilities are endless. On a static item like a statue.. Being able to play around with the cape add so much value and variety to it. I love wired capes.

awesome pics Royce12! I really love how you guys are posing the cape covering up those meaty thighs and boots and makes the piece just absolute badass! It also tends to make him not look like hes in a museum pose as much. The cape just adds a great element to this piece that no other batman statue has captured in the past imo. Hope to get pictures up of him soon.

So now that a lot of people have this in hand, how do you feel about it? Is it worth the almost 1K?

How is the paint? Is it hollow? All polystone or are some smaller parts PVC? Anyone regret the purchase? Does it live up to the hype?

Have you read the past few pages?:lol Yes, it turned out great.

One more set of pics & I'm done...I promise. :D
Worked on the cape for a while, went for a semi-Capullo style (best I could do anyway). Gotta leave it alone now....I'm freaked every time I have to mess with it because I'm afraid of impending doom. :thud:

...and yes, the collar isn't sitting right. I fixed after taking these pics. :slap :lol

@ Karnis, didn't think the cape needed any additional work from what you had originally posted but you somehow made it look better lol. I don't think I'm a huge fan or wire capes on figures only because I don't think I am as artistically inclined as other people (or the original sculptors if they were to provide a sculpted cape) but I guess my other option is to just copy everyone else's poses on the forum. Yeah I'm stealing your ideas! lol

I fear that nothing else in my collection is going to compare. I just started my collection over with 1/3 scale statues. I'll have to choose wisely.

broke down and ordered the regular edition this morning, and went on the waitlist for Deathstroke EX. the pictures of this bad boy were just too much to resist.. this after picking up the AA Batman EX and Joker EX last month (which are amazing as well). wife is going to kill me LOL!! :slap

So, weirdest thing in my short collecting career. Got my Ex unboxed today (direct from Sideshow) and one of the shoulder armor pieces is just totally missing. I've watched unboxing videos so I know where it should be and there was nothing there when I opened it up. No wrapper and no piece. Going to email sideshow tonight. Hope they believe me on this one.
