There's cloth on the bottom of the base?

I'm having the same problem with the bottom of my Arkham Knight piece, I didn't say anything about it, but one of the corners is already loose

The entire bottom of the base has cloth (for lack of a better word) attached to it with pads for extra support. That cloth is coming loose on mine.
It's easily fixable and takes nothing away from this great piece, I was just wondering if other people had the same problem.

I'll have to check when I'm back home. I didn't even realize there was cloth on the bottom.

I hope the recent run of defects on the busts isn't a sign of QC issues that affect Prime1s future releases. So far the quality on the Prime1 stuff had been great until this crop of busts, let's hope they get their mojo back 
They've already said that it was an issue with packaging/shipping and that they are going to correct it. They're going to start using soft cloth to protect the statues whenever necessary.

Soft Cloth . Yes , it appears so, if that last series of photos on the Noel forum are anything to go by.

Yeah they said all new statues including the next batch of busts will ship with the cloth.

Wow Chinese knock offs of the bust all over the bay. The quality is crap but at least they're being up front about it in the pics (scroll down to the bottom to see the actual product). Hate seeing this garbage.

Chronos, my Arkham Knight exclusive came with cloth as well. Very nice to see they are going this route.
The issues I had with with the bust portraits didnt look like paper rub to me, looked more like scuff marks, hmm:

Agreed. Doesn't look like paper would have caused that. Probably improper handling at the factory. Still, I think soft cloth is better overall. I cringe every time I need to repackage a statue with paper in it since it's usually torn to pieces and near impossible to completely wrap the statue in.

I got the impression is was poorly fit into the Styrofoam and that's what is was rubbing on. At first glance i didn't think it was deep enough/
