So is the title of this thread wrong then? It should say 1/4 scale?

Correct, the thread title should be changed.

Supposedly it's been stated that this is 1/4 scale, however i believe it was also stated that Prime 1 artificially increased his height so he would be bigger than he should be if going solely by the in-game heights. So while it's officially 1/4 scale, I think it may also be appropriate to call this a larger scale piece.
