You are probably gonna have to wait a while for these. At least the David Finch one. We haven't seen so much as a WIP for the Jim Lee Bats and the announcement was many months ago. By the time we see what the David Finch Bats is going to look like, we might be close to the release date for Miller Bats unfortunately.
Not sure how advanced the process is for the remaining Arkham ones but it's pretty easy to guess what they are going to look like: exactly like they do in the game, with a museum pose. This way you can know in advance if you would rather get them or one of the more comic-inspired versions.

To those of you who ordered yesterday: did you get an early invitation or something? I got the weekly newsletter today, thinking the preorder opened today, went to order it and found the ex on wait list. That was pretty fast.

By sheer luck, my buddy text me that it was up for preorder. I literally grabbedthe exclusive five minutes before it went into waitlist.

Apparently SS sent out an email yesterday, roughly 3 hours after the PO went live. Jump in the WL though, you should convert.
People were just refreshing the site expecting it to happen yesterday. Then it was posted here and on SF that the pre-orders were open so after that everyone jumped on it.

You all are putting too much thought on this WL thing. It will convert, just order it. You just won't be able to flex, which means you'll just have to adult the **** up, and save your money without SSC doing it for you.
Why will it convert?
Here's an example:
Little jimmy has 30 things on "flex" pay, he averages $900 a month on payments to SSC.
Little jimmy realizes that the human body needs more than ramen soup to survive, and that it is plain ridiculous being in debt over this stuff.
Little jimmy cancels it all, looses nrds, SSC's staff smiles to no end all the way to the bank. And a WL spot opens.
Repeat this by the hundreds, just use other names.
It will convert.

I was checking Sideshow hourly since Prime 1 put up official pics on Instagram on Tuesday. You snooze you loose I guess. Jump on the waitlist and you should convert tho, otherwise just buy the regular.
I do think the waitlist is real, but jumping on it early means you'll get a conversion, it's a sure thing pretty much.
Fact is that, Prime1 doesn't sell *that* much in their territory. Some of their Transformers statues were sold at half price by asian retailers because nobody was buying them. It's reasonable to think that they allocate about 30-50% of the pieces to Sideshow, so we're talking of probably 400 pieces max, I can see 400 units or less sell in a couple hours.
But we also know for sure that Prime1 sometimes can increase the units allocated to Sideshow, which is why some of their stuff goes back on sale.
Bottom line, one year from now the Exclusive will surely be completely sold out, and I'd say the Regular waitlisted. Not sure how long it will take but the Exclusive pieces are not so relevant and the Regular is pretty much as appealing as the Exclusive, and the Edition Size is not that high overall.

On top of that Prime 1 will allocate more product to Sideshow as they have always done. I say if you get on the waitlist before April of next year, you will be fine.

Ordered the reg. The exclusives would never be used.
You can get the EX for the same price so why not get it? It will be more valuable as well if you need to flip it at some point.
