I would assume that since Raph is not going to be available through SS why would the rest of the TMNT be? unless there is something I don't know

The only hold up now is the licensing contact for Sideshow to carry the license. Once that is over (hopefully this month) Ralph & the rest will be available through Sideshow.

And you can move the eyes to look a different way as well it'll change the look of the statue* completely. Mine will probably be looking to his far right
