I don't like the angry sculpt. Doesn't look like him. Reminds me of Queen Studios bust. Dead Batman is a strange choice too, especially for that suit.
Other than that I think it's great. Main issues with the last one were pose and body. This seems to fix that.

Love the body and proportions. Pose is also nice but dead Batman head makes no sense. Sculpts are just fine.
The cowl is a bit tone deaf to the movie. I wouldn't say it makes no sense at all. Knightmare Joker was given a Batman cowl too. I can sort of see how they might have gotten there but we don't have to use it. Not a lot of swap outs you can give this statue is there. I'd prefer a wired swap cape over the cowl though.
The “looking up” head looks like an AI image of Cavill rather than Cavill himself.

The cowl would only really be relevant for a blue suit version to mimic the foreshadowing vision Cyborg had at the ship before resurrecting Superman.
EDIT: I could actually see myself getting a blue variant due to the real fabric costume this has if I like the look enough once official pics are revealed

I've asked them if they can give me any info on this. They would have to go back to the drawing board on the suit rather than reuse the Justice League (2017) one IMO.

Yeah, most likely they won't. Rather than asking if they plan to make one, I asked them if they can confirm if they don't plan to make one. Not as helpful but hopefully more likely to get information.

Probably just the angle but forehead is looking a bit big there and hair a little tall. Otherwise, a pretty great likeness
